"A triple challenge to explore London by bike while raising money to help our Olympic and Paralympics hopefuls fulfill their dreams. This fun filled day will take participants past many of the venues that will be used to stage the 2012 London Olympics. There will be questions to answer and clues given at every new station. The event has been designed to be not overly strenuous and should appeal to everyone who can ride a bike. It is a morning event covering approximately 30kms and lasting between 3 to 5 hours.

The bike ride will be supported by Tessa Sanderson, a number of Sports personalities and a host of young Olympic hopefuls. We will also have our traveling mechanic for any cycling difficulties. There will be prizes to be won and a 4sportsake goodie bag to take home. It is going to be fun, educational and all for a good cause."
