A guide for employers
Cycle–friendly employers are growing in number in Britain. They include many leading names such as Sainsbury’s, Glaxo-Smith-Kline and the BBC. Being cycle friendly highlights a company’s corporate social responsibility as well as saving money and providing a benefit to employees.
You don’t need to install state of the art shower facilities, lockers and cycle parking, although many companies and organisations have done so and seen great benefits from it. Even if you’re on a tight budget or are pushed for space, there are plenty of things you can do to make your workplace more cycle-friendly.
