10% discount on ETA car and cycle breakdown cover

LCC members get 10% off ethical cycle and car breakdown cover from the Environmental Transport Association (ETA), the world's first climate-neutral motoring organisation.

The ETA aims to raise awareness of the impact of excessive car use and help individuals and organisations to make positive changes in their travel habits.

While they offer breakdown cover, they also started Green Transport Week as well as Car-Free Day, so they're the perfect breakdown service for cycle-friendly car users.

Cycle Rescue – the unique breakdown service for cyclists – LCC members get a 10% discount

If you're unable to complete a journey, the Cycle Rescue service takes you and your cycle to
a railway station or cycle repair shop.

ETA will, if preferred, take you home or to alternative accommodation if either are nearer. You can use this service after an accident, theft, vandalism or irreparable breakdown of your cycle (note, the service applies if you are more than one mile from your home).
