TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY OF THE LONDON CYCLING CAMPAIGN WEBSITE
At London Cycling Campaign we take your right to privacy very seriously. Please read on for more details about our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Copyright, Trademark and Website content
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content provided on the London Cycling Campaign website belong to London Cycling Campaign. Visitors are encouraged to download material for personal use, though no right, title or interest in any download is transferred by such downloading. London Cycling Campaign must provide permission for the use of any material, trademark or other prior to its placement in the public domain by parties other than London Cycling Campaign.
Online transactions and refund policy
LCC uses the SecPay secure payment gateway to handle online transactions. SecPay is one of the UK's leading providers of card checking and authorisation systems. These systems have been developed over several years, use state-of-the-art technology, and undergo regular scrutiny from SecPay's banking partners to ensure that they conform to high standards. The SecPay gateway uses online live authorisation of cards (no storage of details) over an SSL encrypted (secure socket layer) link. All card details entered on our website go through both off-line (SecPay: expiry date and hot card server) and online (Banks: hot card server, sufficient funds, authorisation) to prevent use of stolen or lost cards on our site.
London Cycling Campaign will refund any transactions found to have resulted from an error made by LCC. If you believe that your card has been used fraudulently please contact your card issuer and London Cycling Campaign immediately: 020 7234 9310.
